We’re excited to offer international shipping so more dogs around the world can join the Foam Ball Fam! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle international orders.

How It Works

All international orders are shipped directly from North Carolina, USA.
We handle all packaging, customs forms, and shipping documentation to ensure your order arrives safely and without delay.

Orders are shipped using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) service. This means:

  • You’ll pay for the shipping cost at checkout (calculated in real time based on carrier rates).

  • We create and attach all required customs forms for your package.

  • Once your order leaves our facility, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your country.

  • The carrier will collect these fees from you directly at or before delivery.

Delivery Times

International delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, but delays can occur due to customs processing or local carrier schedules.

Final Sale Policy

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

We do our part to make sure every shipment is properly documented to clear customs smoothly. However, import rules differ from country to country, and any applicable fees or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect delivery information, we cannot issue refunds for the order or shipping cost.
