Returns
We have a 15-day return policy for *NEW UNUSED ITEMS*, which means you have 15 days after the original ship date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged.Â
Refunds will be given to the original form of payment. For returns after 15 days, a store credit may be issued.
Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred during the return of the product(s).
Please confirm correct shipping address on order confirmation page when received. We ship to the address attached to the order and are not responsible for incorrect/missing information.Â
**ALL RETURNED PACKAGES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUNDED LESS SHIPPING FEES AND A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.**

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please contact us at sales@foamdogballs.com prior to shipping your product back to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
*Returns for any reason other than a defective product may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus the cost of accrued postage fees.Â

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items must be in the original condition with no signs of wear, use or damage to any part of the product.
Merchandise that is defective may be returned at any time with the appropriate authorization. We will require pictures and, in some situations, the real goods itself to assess whether a product is "Defective." By doing this, we will be able to evaluate the flaw and take steps to avoid it in future goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Â
