Shipping policy

Please confirm correct shipping address on order confirmation page when received. We ship to the address attached to the order and are not responsible for incorrect/missing information. 

**ALL RETURNED PACKAGES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUNDED LESS SHIPPING FEES AND A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.**

We currently ship within the USA and select international markets.

USA Shipping Rates are as Follows:

Order Subtotal Under $50 = $4.99

Order Subtotal Over $50 = FREE

*International Orders are subject to separate shipping charges to be billed at checkout. International customers are responsible for all duties.  

Orders are shipped USPS or UPS with tracking. 

Production lead time is typically between 1-3 business days, but not a guarantee. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have any shipping questions, please email sales@foamdogballs.com .

If your order has been marked as delivered but hasn’t been received, please reach out to USPS/UPS prior to contacting support. We insure each package and USPS/UPS can help you locate, arrange for a pickup or help you file a claim.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit, but will happily help with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please contact us with your specific logistics issue and we can help resolve.
