Warranty & Product Use
At Foam Dog Balls, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer (and every dog) to have the best experience possible.
Our balls are designed for interactive play and training, not to be used as chew toys. While chomping and chewing can occur during normal play, this type of use won’t damage the ball. However, they’re not meant to be given to a dog for unsupervised chewing or destruction. If a dog is left alone with the ball and allowed to destroy it, that type of damage is not covered under our warranty.
We include a warranty card with every order to help ensure customers know exactly what’s covered and how to reach us if something goes wrong.
What’s Covered
If your strap or ball fails due to a manufacturing defect within 15 days of receipt, simply email a few photos to sales@FoamDogBalls.com — no need to send anything back. We’ll review the photos and issue a refund or replacement if the product is determined to have failed due to a manufacturing defect.
While our official warranty period is 15 days, we understand that defects don’t always appear right away. We review all cases individually, and defects reported beyond 15 days may still be covered at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by being used as a chew toy, left for unsupervised destruction, or other misuse.
Normal wear and tear from regular play.
A Note on Durability
Our balls are made from dense, high-quality EVA foam that’s built to last through tug, fetch, and training sessions. But no toy is indestructible—dogs can destroy anything they set their minds to. Manufacturing defects are extremely rare, but when they happen, we’ll always make it right.
For dogs who love to target straps, we also sell replacement straps separately—so you can keep your favorite ball in play even if your dog gets a little too enthusiastic.
