Charging your Glow Ball is quick and easy. For the fastest and brightest results, follow these simple steps:

1. Grab your Glow Ball and a bright light source.
   Any strong flashlight will work, but we recommend a pocket UV flashlight for the quickest and most powerful charge.
   
2. Shine the light directly on the ball.
   Hold the flashlight close and rotate the ball to make sure every surface gets exposed to the light.
   
3. Charge for 15–20 seconds.
   A full, even charge typically provides 10 minutes or more of glow performance.
   
4. You’re ready to play.
   Once charged, you’re good to go—whether you’re training before sunrise, after work, or when the neighborhood finally quiets down.
   

Note: Charge time and glow duration depend on the type of light used.

A phone flashlight will work, but it charges more slowly and won’t reach full brightness compared to a UV flashlight.

Super Grip Straps
Designed with bumpy, grippy Biothane, these straps provide superior grip, even during slobbery play or wet training sessions. Perfect for activities like dock diving, water play, or any adventure where a secure hold is essential.

Classic Straps
Made from heavy-duty Biothane with a smooth, leather-like feel, these straps are slightly thicker and ideal for dogs still learning to target the ball. This makes them a great choice if your pup occasionally bites the straps during training.

No matter which strap you choose, every ball features our ultra-durable EVA foam, designed to stand up to tough play and training.

Every dog and owner has their own preferences based on how they play and the size of their doggo.

To make it easier for you, we suggest comparing our balls to the ones you currently use. Our 2.75" ball is similar to a tennis ball, while our 3.5" ball is slightly smaller than a softball.
